I attended Njala University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. I then pursued a Master of science degree in Genetics at the University of Paris XI France, and a Doctor of philosophy at the University of Giessen, Germany.

I completed the Georgia Teacher Alternative Preparation Program (GTAPP-Kenesaw State University and Metro RESA) in 2002.

I have a diversified teaching experience. I have been teaching for fourteen  years. I taught for four years at Atlanta Public Schools and three years at Hapeville Charter School. This is my seventh year working for the Sumter County Board of Education and first year teaching at the Sumter County Middle School.

I am a native of Sierra Leone, West Africa. I have a 24 year old daughter. She is a registered nurse. This is my first year at Sumter County Middle School. I am very honored to be a teacher at Sumter County Middle School and I am very excited about a fun, exciting year filled with many creative projects from my wonderful and enthusiastic students.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
